Children And Young People's Health Partnership (CYPHP)
Children and Young People's Health Partnership (CYPHP)
The Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity sponsors the CYPHP health partnership, incorporating Lambeth and Southwark CCGs, Lambeth and Southwark GPs, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, Evelina London Children’s Hospital, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Lambeth Council, Southwark Council, King’s College London, and local children and families.
Targeted at young people, carers and health professionals, it aims to support children and young people suffering with long-term illnesses (including asthma, epilepsy and mental health). The NHS charity is innovative and unique in its approach to improving everyday healthcare in Lambeth and Southwark.
Our Meeco London team (Sam Lawson, Robin Sooklall and Lee Kyprian) was tasked with developing this new NHS charity’s brand, including developing its logo, corporate voice and overall, multi-channel online presence.
To support the CYPHP partnership, the Meeco London team delivered various outcomes including:
Market Research and Analysis
Understanding the needs of CYPHP’s target audience was essential so, the Meeco London team engaged with different user-groups, including the Young People’s Panel through a number of meetings and focus groups. Market research data was correlated from these engagements through surveys (online and print) and a series of interviews. This information proved invaluable and contributed directly to content, brand design and development, website user-journey and more.
Branding and Corporate ID
The design of a colourful, attractive and engaging logo and strap line with corporate ID including, business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, brochure templates, plus an unique motion graphics signature to represent the various organisations involved in the CYPHP partnership.
Content Management and Copywriting
The Meeco London team contributed to the style and tone of voice of all corporate marketing media and copy, ensuring it was adapted and relevant for the different audience groups, while clearly reflecting CYPHP’s brand values, vision and mission.
This included promotional videos and photography from various sources, including works from Harry Goolab, who provided bespoke localised photography.
Website Design and Development
Using data from focus groups conducted by both CYPHP and the Meeco London team, a new/ innovative flagship website was designed and developed for the NHS charity to support, develop and improve the healthcare resources available to the relevant audiences in the targeted London boroughs.
To expand and promote CYPHP’s online marketing plan, the Meeco London team set up and branded number of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. These are seamlessly linked to the website to provide presence, synergy and further accessibility to the organisations resources for its targeted audience.
Youth Engagement Video
Working with CYPHP’s youth panel and Jon Lynch MBE, the Meeco London team contributed to a video encapsulating the thoughts of Southwark’s and Lambeth’s young people, including their feelings regarding long-term illness and their engagement with local services and the resources available to them.
